Spanish at the European Day of Languages in Pardubice

For the second year in a row, Spanelsky.com took part in the European Day of Languages, organized by Europe Direct Pardubice and Eurocentrum Pardubice, held at the Regional Library of Pardubice and the Evropský spolkový dům – Pardubice.

Spanish was once again present at this edition, highlighting its unique status: born in Europe, in the Iberian Peninsula, but today a truly global language, as it has spread beyond the continent and is now an official language in 20 countries outside Europe.

In Pardubice, Spanish was represented by Macarena, a native speaker from Chile, and Jeff, a native speaker from Colombia, both residents of Pardubice. They led interactive activities: the suitcase theater “Moai and Golem” at the Krajská knihovna v Pardubicích and a parkour workshop at the Evropský spolkový dům – Pardubice.

More than 200 students from 10 primary schools took part in this program, which also introduced them to less common languages such as Danish and Romani, as well as English practice with native speakers.

El español presente en el Día Europeo de las Lenguas en Pardubice

Por segundo año consecutivo, Spanelsky.com participó en la celebración del Día Europeo de las Lenguas, organizada por Europe Direct Pardubice y Eurocentrum Pardubice, en la Biblioteca Regional de Pardubice y el Evropský spolkový dům – Pardubice.

El español, nuevamente presente en esta edición, recuerda su doble papel: es una lengua europea, nacida en la Península Ibérica, pero también una lengua global, ya que se extendió más allá del continente y hoy es idioma oficial en 20 países fuera de Europa.

En Pardubice, el español estuvo representado por Macarena, hablante nativa de Chile, y Jeff, hablante nativo de Colombia, ambos residentes en Pardubice. Ellos presentaron actividades interactivas: el teatro maleta “Moai y Golem” en la Krajská knihovna v Pardubicích y una dinámica de parkour en el Evropský spolkový dům – Pardubice.

Más de 200 estudiantes de 10 escuelas primarias participaron en este programa que también permitió descubrir lenguas menos comunes como el danés o el romaní, además de practicar inglés con hablantes nativos.

Španělština na Evropském dni jazyků v Pardubicích

Již druhým rokem se Spanelsky.com zapojilo do oslav Evropského dne jazyků, které organizovalo Europe Direct Pardubice a Eurocentrum Pardubice, v Krajské knihovně v Pardubicích a v Evropském spolkovém domě – Pardubice.

Španělština byla i letos znovu přítomna, čímž připomněla svou dvojí roli: je to evropský jazyk, který se zrodil na Pyrenejském poloostrově, ale také jazyk globální, protože se rozšířil mimo Evropu a dnes je úředním jazykem ve 20 zemích mimo Evropu.

V Pardubicích španělštinu představili Macarena, rodilá mluvčí z Chile, a Jeff, rodilý mluvčí z Kolumbie, oba žijící v Pardubicích. Připravili interaktivní program: kufříkové divadlo „Moai a Golem“ v Krajské knihovně v Pardubicích a parkourovou aktivitu v Evropském spolkovém domě – Pardubice.

Více než 200 žáků z 10 základních škol se zapojilo do programu, který jim kromě francouzštiny a španělštiny přiblížil i méně obvyklé jazyky, jako je dánština nebo romština, a také jim umožnil procvičit si angličtinu s rodilými mluvčími.
